At our club we teach for the major part the weaponary systems "Filipino Martial Arts" and in particular the BIFF "ESCRIMA" System, founded by Master Jay Dobrin.

But we also practice other methods of fighting, such as Boxing (western, thai & Chinese), Grappling (Ju-Jitsu), Unarmed Escrima (Cadena de Mano) and more.  We call this supplement on our training with weapons "SHURA KEI"
